§ 78-79. Ownership of refuse.

Latest version.

All refuse, including refuse deposited in approved refuse containers, shall remain the property of the owner, occupant, or agent owning, holding or occupying the property on which the refuse was generated or accumulated until the refuse has been placed in a public works department or approved private hauler vehicle.
